New Castle
Newcastle is the second oldest city in Australia, it’s about 2.5 hours drive from

You could discover foodie experiences, exclusive building and abundant history extend from the city to the suburbs. The cost of living (Newcastle)
Summary
Newcastle is only 2.5 hours drive from Sydney, but the living expenses are much lower than Sydney. For accommodation, Newcastle is 60% cheaper than Sydney. Compare with other Australian capital cities, Newcastle is more affordable.

NSW government welcome business and investor migrants, and highly skilled migrants, to apply for nomination to live and work in New South Wales.
• Skilled Work Regional visa (subclass 491)
A temporary visa for skilled workers who want to live and work in regional New South Wales and nominated by territory government.
•Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190)
A permanent visa for skilled workers who are nominated by a state or NSW government.
