Academic Requirements |
1. For a PHD, you will need to have completed a postgraduate qualification of at a least a year’s duration (full-time equivalent) that is equivalent to an Australian Honours degree Class 1 or 2A (at least AQF level 8 or 9 and achieving at least Distinction overall in that qualification (75%), Including a research component of at least 6 months’ full-time study (normally a dissertation or thesis of at least 10,000 words) in which you achieved at least Distinction (75%) OR equivalent research experience including a substantial first author refereed publication
3. CV;
4. Research outline: statement of how the applicant’s proposed PhD project fits with the expertise of the proposed supervisor(s). If the applicant is applying to do part-time studies, a time-management plan and an outline of the financial resources they have to complete study part-time and unfunded will also be required. |
